Authorities in Louisiana Searching For Hit-and-Run Driver in Connection with Crash in Sulphur

Sulphur, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are searching for a hit-and-run driver in connection with a crash in Sulphur.

On June 9th, 2023, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) announced that it is currently investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on the 19th of May at 1 pm in a trailer park on Mosswood Drive in Sulphur, Louisiana.

According to CPSO, the initial investigation suggested that the car was leaving the park when it crashed into the gate, leaving it damaged. The driver and passenger of the car then made an abrupt exit from the scene.

CPSO detectives are asking that anyone who can identify the car or the suspects from the pictures or anyone with relevant information about the case contact Sgt. Casey Steech at 337-491-3846 and mention complaint number 23-55773.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
