Authorities in Louisiana Issue BOLO for Red Sleigh being Driven by Man in Red and White Suit Pulled by Nine Reindeer

Louisiana – A BOLO has been issued for a suspicious red sleigh being pulled by nine reindeer and driven by a man in a red suit.

On December 24, 2022, multiple local police departments reported that a BOLO (be on the lookout) had been issued for a suspicious vehicle last seen traveling at a high rate of speed landing and taking off from rooftops.

The vehicle is reported to be a sleigh, red in color, being pulled by nine reindeer. Some who have seen it pass indicated that the reindeer in the front had a red glowing nose, and all reindeer were wearing bells.

The driver is identified as an elderly male, with a belly that shakes like a bowl full of jelly. The male was wearing a red suit trimmed in white with a matching hat, black belt, and black boots. The driver appeared to have had a large red bag and was reportedly landing on the roofs of nearly every home in the area. The suspect was reportedly heard saying “HO HO HO, Merry Christmas.” 

Residents reported that shortly after seeing the sleigh pass, they found that cookies and milk were missing from their homes and several wrapped packages were left behind.

Authorities said that the suspect is believed to be from somewhere far north and will likely return in approximately one year, so residents young and old should keep watch.
