Lake Charles, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help locating Westlake homicide suspects after additional warrants were issued in a January 2023 case.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) revealed on March 17, 2023, that deputies were summoned to a home off Westwood Road in Westlake, Louisiana, at about midnight on January 31, in regard to suspicious circumstances. When deputies arrived, they discovered Damarcus A. Ardoin, 25, dead inside the residence.

Detectives issued arrest warrants for Justin J. Ned, 22, of DeQuincy, Louisiana, for principal to second-degree murder, Autoria “Tori” Lachney, 22, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, for second-degree murder, and Kevin E. Williams, Jr., 23, of Eunice, Louisiana, for second-degree murder. On February 6, Lachney and Williams were apprehended and placed into the Calcasieu Correctional Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Earlier in March 2023, investigators issued a $250, 000 warrant for the arrest of William D. Dennis, 24, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, signed by Judge Kendrick Guidry for 2nd-degree murder.

Officials stated that Ned and Dennis are still evading arrest and that detectives have been unable to find them. CPSO is asking anyone with information related to their whereabouts to call 337-491-3605.

Authorities indicated that anyone who is found to be assisting or harboring Ned and/or Dennis will be charged accordingly.

Detective Barrett Savoie of the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is the case’s principal investigator.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
