Authorities in Louisiana Asking for Help Locating Two Aggravated Battery Suspects
Monroe, Louisiana – The Monroe Police Department announced that it is asking for the public’s help locating two individuals. They are both currently wanted suspects for aggravated 2nd-degree battery.
The suspects are identified as Mikhail Capers, 18, and Antonio Mobley, 22.
Anyone with information of their whereabouts is asked to contact the Monroe Police Department at 318 329-2600 or Crime Stoppers of North Delta at 318 388-CASH(2274).
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
