Authorities Capture Contractor Fraud Suspect in Louisiana
Update: St John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that Flournoy has been captured in Ascension Parish.

Louisiana – The St John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on November 14, 2022, that detectives are requesting the public’s aid in locating Nicholas Flournoy, who is wanted for contractor fraud.
The St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office received complaints from local residents in October 2022 regarding contractor fraud perpetrated by Flournoy. Flournoy’s last known address on Magnolia Street in LaPlace, Louisiana.
Anyone with information on Flournoy’s location is asked to call Detective Denis James at 985-359-8809. Anyone with a similar complaint that has not been reported can contact the SJSO Cyber/Financial Crimes Unit at 985-359-8764.
An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
