Authorities in Louisiana Asking for Help Locating 44-Year-Old-Man Missing For Nearly a Month
Lafourche Parish, Louisiana - Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help locating a 44-year-old man who has been missing for nearly a month.
Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre said on April 13, 2023, that investigators are looking into the disappearance of a Raceland, Louisiana man who has been missing for about a month. Wilbert Molaison, 44, of Morristown Bypass Road in Raceland, Louisiana, was last seen in the vicinity surrounding his home on March 17, 2023, according to investigators.
Molaison was reported missing late last week by a family member who lives outside of Lafourche Parish. The relative reported that no one in his family had heard from him. Molaison was a known drug user, according to the relative, but he had not gone this long without communicating with relatives. Investigators spent the next several days following up on leads and looking for Molaison in several spots where he was known to frequent or maybe stay.
According to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office, the investigation is still underway, and foul play has not been ruled out.
Wilbert Molaison is 5'10" tall, weighs around 160 pounds, and has black hair.
