Authorities in Louisiana Asking For Help Identifying Theft Suspect in Jeff Davis Parish

Jeff Davis Parish, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help in identifying a theft suspect in Jeff Davis Parish.

According to the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, deputies were summoned to North Frontage Road in Jennings, Louisiana, in regard to the theft of two small motorcycles.

The complainant stated that the thief was caught on video surveillance and presented deputies with the footage.

Deputies watched on the video that at approximately 2:12 a.m., a white male wearing a black shirt and blue pants walked into a covered area behind the restaurant, retrieved one of the small motorcycles, and left with it.
At approximately 5:45 a.m., the same white male reappeared wearing a white shirt and blue trousers and retrieved the second small motorcycle from behind the restaurant.

Authorities are asking anyone who has information on the identity of the thief or the location of the stolen goods, to contact detectives at Jeff Davis Sheriff’s office at (337) 821-2100.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
