Authorities in Louisiana Asking For Help Identifying Man Suspected of Using Fake ID to Steal Cash From Businesses

Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help identifying a man suspected of using a fake ID to steal cash from businesses.

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) reported on April 17, 2023, that ​Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft investigation from two businesses, who was captured on video.

Sheriff Tim Soignet stated that deputies from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a business on West Park Ave in Houma, Louisiana on Friday, April 14, 2023, and discovered that a suspect entered the establishment and allegedly made a large cash withdrawal using a phony identification. The inquiry eventually found that the suspect went to a different location on Houma’s Eastside and allegedly conducted a second transaction.
