Authorities in Louisiana Asking for Help Identifying East Baton Rouge Electronics Theft Suspect
East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help identifying a suspect in an electronics theft in East Baton Rouge Parish.
On March 15, 2023, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO) reported that on March 14, at approximately 8:00 am the suspect in the featured image allegedly entered the Burbank Walmart and proceeded to the secure warehouse area in the rear of the store, which is an area with authorized access to Employees only.
Once inside the secured area, the suspect allegedly stole 5 electronic tablets, with a total value of $1,345, and fled the store on foot.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on the identity of the pictured suspect to contact the EBRSO Armed Robbery & Burglary Division at (225) 389-5064 or Capital Region Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-STOP (7867).
A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
