Authorities in Louisiana Asking For Help Identifying Attempted Child Abduction Suspect

Alexandria, Louisiana – Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help identifying an attempted child abduction suspect.

The Alexandria Police Department has issued a request for assistance from the public in identifying a male suspect pictured in the featured image. The image was taken from the Green Meadow Drive area in Alexandria LA, after the police department received a report of an attempted abduction of a six-year-old child at the same location on June 29, 2023, at 01:00 P.M. Fortunately, the child was able to break free from the assailant and was not injured, but the suspect fled the scene before the police could arrive. It is uncertain whether the suspect used a vehicle or fled on foot.

The suspect is believed to be a male of around 40 years old.
