Authorities in Louisiana are Asking for Help Locating a Suspect wanted for Sexual Battery
Union Parish, Louisiana – The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office (UPSO) reported that it is seeking the whereabouts of Oscar Villa Galvan, 39. Galvan is described as 5’9” tall, and 160 lbs. According to authorities, he is known to frequent the Sardis and Farmerville, Louisiana areas.
Galvan has outstanding felony warrants for Sexual Battery.
