Lake Charles, Louisiana - At around 11:00 a.m. on December 11, deputies from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office were called to a convenience store on Nelson Road near W. Gauthier Road in Lake Charles, Louisiana for an armed robbery.
An initial investigation found that an unidentified person entered the store with a gun and demanded money from the cashier. The individual then took an unknown amount of cash and left the scene on foot from the north. The Sheriff's Office is seeking help from the public to identify the suspect involved in this incident.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
