Almost 3,500 Customers Reported Without Power in Calcasieu Parish
After thunderstorms moved through Southwest Louisiana on the morning of April 23, 2020, 3,495 customers with Entergy and Beauregard Electric were reported to be without power in Calcasieu Parish. At 1:30 am, Entergy reported 447 customers without power and Beauregard Electric reported 3048 outages on their outage maps.
The estimated restoration times for Entergy customers ranged between 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM on April 23. Beauregard Electric did not provide estimated restoration times ant the time this was published.
