Alleged Domestic Altercation in Louisiana Leads to the Arrest of a Jennings Man
Jeff Davis Parish, Louisiana – An alleged domestic altercation in Louisiana led to the arrest of a Jennings man.
The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on April 4, 2023, that on Monday, April 3, Deputies were summoned to an address in the 2300 Block of Jordan Circle, in Jennings, Louisiana, in relation to an ongoing domestic altercation.
According to accounts, the complainant informed authorities that their parents were involved in a physical altercation. Deputies reported seeing injuries and bleeding on both people involved in the disturbance when they arrived.
Three minor children were there in the residence and reportedly witnessed the incident.
Stace Adam Deleon, 35, was arrested and booked into the parish jail for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment.
An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
