New Year’s Eve 2024 / New Year’s 2025 Events in Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana
Lake Charles, Louisiana - Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana residents and visitors will have numerous options to welcome 2025, with events ranging from family-friendly celebrations to casino entertainment spanning across the area.
The festivities begin early with the Noon Year's Eve Party at Altitude Trampoline Park, designed for families seeking a daytime celebration from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This alternative timing allows younger children to participate in New Year's festivities without staying up until midnight.
Evening celebrations commence with comedian Jen Kober hosting a special event at Ray's Lounge from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The city's entertainment venues offer diverse musical options, including Cajun's Wharf featuring Flashback & Robin from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Luna Bar and Grill Downtown's extended celebration until 2:00 a.m.
Kaw-Liga's in Sulphur will host New Year's Eve Karaoke with DJ Shawnie V. Sing your heart out to your favorite tunes or listen to others while enjoying the "Red Light Special" drink discounts all night and free food and champagne at midnight.
The casino district presents multiple entertainment choices. L'Auberge Casino Lake Charles will showcase street entertainers alongside Jarvis and the Gents from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Golden Nugget Lake Charles offers two distinct experiences: the Pantheon Party at Blue Martini featuring 337 Band and DJ Hot Willz until 3:30 a.m., and The Fuse Band performing at Rush Lounge until 2:00 a.m.

In Vinton, the Delta Event Center inside Delta Downs Racetrack and Casino will host a NYE Gold Party Featuring music by Louisiana Express and Johnnie Allan.
