Westlake Police Department’s Christmas Toy Drive Underway

Westlake, Louisiana - The Westlake Police Department is spearheading a Christmas Toy Drive, aimed at spreading holiday cheer to children and families in need within the community. The toy drive, which kicked off on December 1st, will run through December 20th, with a drop-off location set up in the lobby of the police department at 2405 Guillory St.

Organizers are calling on residents to donate new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages, from birth to teens. The goal of the toy drive is to provide a magical Christmas experience for families who may be struggling to make ends meet or facing other challenges this holiday season.

By hosting this toy drive, the Westlake Police Department aims to not only bring joy to those in need but also to strengthen bonds with the community it serves.
