Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana - The Calcasieu Parish School Board has announced that all schools and facilities will reopen tomorrow, Thursday, September 12, following an assessment today. This decision comes after the school board closed schools due to the possibility of Hurricane Francine hitting Southwest Louisiana.
