Domestic Altercation Leads to Fatal Shooting in Louisiana, Authorities Seeking Informaiton

Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Baton Rouge Police Homicide Detectives are currently looking into the tragic shooting of Leticia Elliott, aged 39, which took place on October 29, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Jackson Ave.

Despite being rushed to a local hospital following a domestic altercation, Elliott sadly passed away from her injuries on October 30, 2023.

The investigation into this incident is still ongoing. Authorities are asking that anyone with any information regarding this shooting reach out to the BRPD Violent Crimes Unit at (225) 389-4869 or Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.
