At 5 pm on Friday, October 6, 2023, the Lake Charles Police Department reported a closure of the eastbound lanes of Prien Lake Road between Enterprise Blvd and Louisiana Ave and are asking drivers to avoid the area.
At the time this was published, LCPD did not provide a reason for the closure or an estimated time that the lanes will reopen.
