Louisiana Woman Arrested on Multiple Outstanding Charges After Deputies are Summoned to Fight in Progress with Weapons Call

Jeff Davis Parish, Louisiana – A Louisiana woman was arrested for multiple outstanding charges after deputies were summoned to a fight in progress with weapons call in Iowa.

The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on April 24, 2023, that on April 21, 2023, Deputies were summoned to an address in the 21000 Block of South Frontage Road in Iowa, Louisiana, in reference to a fight in progress with weapons.

During the inquiry, deputies reportedly discovered that one of the individuals had many outstanding arrest warrants.

Tabitha Nicole Guidry, 43, of Iowa, Louisiana was arrested on warrants for contempt of court, possession of CDS II, possession of marijuana, schedule II prohibited acts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
