Domestic Abuse and Kidnapping Suspect Wanted by Authorities in Louisiana

West Monroe, Louisiana – A domestic abuse and kidnapping suspect is wanted by authorities in Louisiana.

On March 8, 2023, the West Monroe Police Department reported that investigators are seeking the public’s help in locating Richard Lynn Chisholm.

According to police, Chisholm is considered dangerous and is wanted on felony warrants for Domestic Abuse Battery – 4th Offense with Serious Bodily Injury, Domestic Abuse Battery – Strangulation, Cruelty to the Infirmed, and  Second Degree Kidnapping.

Anyone with information regarding the location of this suspect is asked to call the West Monroe Police Department at (318) 396-2722.

A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
