Authorities in Louisiana Asking for Help in a February 17 Bank Robbery Investigation in Lake Charles
Authorities in Louisiana are asking for help from the public in investigating a February 17 bank robbery in Lake Charles.
Lake Charles, Louisiana – The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) stated on February 18, 2023, that on February 17, about 4:30 p.m., deputies were summoned to a bank on Kirby Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in relation to a robbery.
According to the preliminary inquiry, an unknown individual entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. He stole an undisclosed sum of money and fled the scene.
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. They are asking anyone with information concerning this robbery or who can identify the suspect in these photos to please contact the CPSO at 337-491-3605 or Crime Stoppers at 337-439-2222.
The investigation is still ongoing.
Detective Barrett Savoie of the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office is the case’s principal investigator.
