Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Felony Arrest for the Week of February 6, 2023 – February 12, 2023
Beauregard Parish, Louisiana – On February 13, 2023, Beauregard Parish Sheriff Mark Herford reported that the following felony arrests were made for the week of February 6, 2023 – February 12, 2023.
All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On February 06, 2023, Brandon Cole was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force charged with Possession of CDS Schedule I and Contraband Relative to Penal Institutions. Brandon was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with no bond.
On February 07, 2023, Carl Oliver was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Herman Smith Rd. and charged with Manufacture and/or Distribution or Possession with Intent to Distribute of CDS Schedule II and Illegal Carrying of Weapons. Carl was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $60,000.00.
On February 07, 2023, Steven Kittrell was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Pete Smith Rd. and charged with Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms. Steven was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $25,000.00.
On February 08, 2023, Joshua Singleton was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Detective Division and charged with Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator. Joshua was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $2,500.00.
On February 08, 2023, Winston Watkins was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Detective Division and charged with Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator. Winston was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $50,000.00.
On February 09, 2023, Jason Donnerbery was arrested by the Narcotics Task Force on Tilley St. and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II, Possession of CDS Schedule I, and Use or Possess to Use Drug Paraphernalia. Jason was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $22,000.00.
On February 11, 2023, Timothy Lachney was arrested by Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division on Highway 1146 and charged with Illegal Carrying of Weapons. Timothy was booked into the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office jail with bond set at $5,000.00.
