Louisiana Man Arrested for Alleged Sex and Pornography Involving Juveniles

Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on July 27, 2022, that on July 25, 2022, Deputies were summoned to a residence on Hwy 26 in Jennings, Louisiana, in relation to an alleged indecent behavior with a juvenile complaint. Deputies reportedly spoke with the complainant, who was described as the victim’s mother. The complainant stated that she received information that her 15-year-old juvenile had intercourse with two people who were seventeen and nineteen years old.

The two suspects were identified by detectives assigned to the investigation. The incidents occurred in Jeff Davis parish between July 10 and July 15, 2022.

Benny Roy Freeman, Jr. 19, of Kaplan, Louisiana was arrested on warrants for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, pornography involving juveniles, and carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

More arrests and charges are expected.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
