September 15, 2021, at approximately 7:30 pm, a crash was reported on I-10 westbound in Lake Charles, near milepost 32. Traffic on I-10 westbound in Lake Charles is being diverted to I-210 due to diesel on the roadway from the crash.

I-10 in the area is expected to be closed for at least an hour, until around 8:30 pm.
