If you’ve driven down Ruth Street in Sulphur you have likely noticed what looks like the beginning of road construction work between Valero and Burger King. Besides the dirt roadbed and the absence of the Sulphur Inn that used to be there, it appears there has been very little progress over the past few years though. That’s until you take a wider view of the area, and I mean a much wider view.
