I-10 Lane Closures in Vinton in Both Directions Starting January 25

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be lane closures on I-10 in Vinton between the Louisiana – Texas state line and the weigh station as follows:

  • Monday, January 25, 2021, to Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night – I-10 eastbound
  • Monday, January 25, 2021, at 7 p.m. to Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 6 a.m. – I-10 westbound
  • Friday, January 29, 2021, from 8 p.m. to Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 9 a.m. – I-10 eastbound

The lane closures are part of the ongoing I-10 widening project and are necessary for saw cutting and sheet pile installation.
