From Chief Christopher Wilrye of the Westlake Police Department – Officers were sent to a noise disturbance at a local apartment complex. Detectives executed a search warrant and located narcotics inside the residence. Gilly W Biggs was arrested for possession of CDS II, Garland M DeRamus was arrested for possession of CDS I, CDS II, CDS III, and four counts of possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

Both Biggs and DeRamus were booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center for the above-listed charges.
