3 From Louisiana Arrested After Month-long Narcotics and Firearms Trafficking Investigation
Louisiana – Throughout the month of June 2022, the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office reported that their Narcotics Division conducted an investigation into the narcotics and firearms trafficking group known as the Blue Print Kids (“BPK”). According to EBRSO, this group was led by Ethan Hendricks, Jacquel Bellard, Marcus Elam, Quinton Rogers, and several other co-conspirators. During the investigation, agents discovered that the group was transporting large amounts of marijuana from Oregon to East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish.
This group was also accused of using a large number of firearms in the transportation and distribution of their drugs. Numerous locations in East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish were identified as being used to store and distribute the group’s narcotics.
On June 27, 2022, the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed four search warrants in Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish with the assistance of numerous Divisions (EBRSO SCAT, Gardere Uniform Patrol, EBRSO K-9, EBRSO Intel, APSO Narcotics).
Prior to the execution of one of the search warrants, surveillance units allegedly observed Jacquel Bellard run from the house to his vehicle with two suitcases and quickly leave. When assisting marked SCAT units initiated a vehicle stop on Bellard’s vehicle, he fled and crashed into a residence. Bellard then ran away on foot. East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office Narcotics, SCAT, Gardere Uniform, and K-9 Deputies established a perimeter and eventually apprehended Bellard. Bellard’s vehicle contained a money bag and a semi-automatic handgun, as well as two large suitcases containing approximately 10 pounds of vacuum sealed marijuana bags.
As a result of the above-mentioned search warrants, the following seizures and arrests were made:

Jacquel Bellard, 28

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office also stated that arrest warrants will be issued for other co-conspirators at a later date.
