28-Year-Old Louisiana Man Arrested with Assistance of Dispatcher and Security Footage for Allegedly Breaking Into Churches and Other Properties

Morehouse Parish, Louisiana – A 28-year-old Louisiana man has been arrested with the assistance of a dispatcher and security footage for allegedly breaking Into churches and other properties.

The Morehouse Parish Sheriff’s Office reported on March 3, 2023, that a burglary at Tillou Baptist Church resulted in the arrest of Hayden Aaron, 28, of Bastrop, Louisiana, and assisted in the investigation of many other burglaries in the region.

According to reports, Cpl. Carlnealius White and Lt. Ryan McDaniel responded to Tillou and used security footage and the assistance of Dispatcher Susan Harkness to identify Aaron. Aaron was apprehended and taken into custody for interrogation.

Aaron reportedly confessed to breaking into many churches and other properties in the area after speaking with detectives. Aaron was charged with three counts of simple burglary and two counts of simple burglary.

He was taken to the Morehouse Parish Jail and booked on the aforementioned counts.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
