12 Arrested in Louisiana in Multi-Agency Operation to Combat Juvenile Criminal Activity
Shreveport, Louisiana – On November 14, 2022, the Shreveport Police Department reported that on November 8 and 9 their Violent Crimes Abatement Team and Warrant Unit Members combined with Shreveport City Marshal’s Office, Caddo Parish Juvenile Services, Truancy Assessment Services Center, Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office in a joint Truancy operation to combat juvenile criminal activities.
Authorities indicated that the purpose of the operation was to target parents or concern adults for truancy offenses in which the adults are believed to be negligent. All warrants were obtained through Caddo Juvenile Courts for the arrest of these individuals.
Twelve adults were arrested and are listed as follows:
Suspect: Terrance Lyons DOB 11/02/92, was arrested for Fugitive (Carnal Knowledge of Juvenile) (Homicide suspect-Minden PD)
Suspect: Dangelo Lyons DOB 12/04/1998, was arrested for Fugitive (firearm violation) (Homicide suspect-Minden PD)
Suspect: Katie Thomas DOB 4/25/1981, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Kevin Williams DOB 08/24/1983, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Ashley Green DOB 12/11/1983, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Karen Robinson DOB 11/18/1977, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Shamonica Murray DOB 06/26/1997, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Christine Anderson DOB 08/17/1991, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
Suspect: Veronica Evans DOB 04/19/81, was arrested for Fugitive (Failure to appear) Truancy
